first of all, THANK YOU to everyone that left me sweet comments about my anniversary!!,,loved reading them all!!!,,,and now, it's sketchy thursday!!!,,,this time around the sponsor is picnik!!!,,,it's that cool photo editing shop!! below is the sketch, followed by my interpretation. I must say and i have to be very honest that i did not like what i did to my layout. You see, i was trying to get all fancy pants with the ink and i ended up dripping ink all over my nieces head...it was too late for me to fix it. plus, i have terrible lighting in my house, and so the picture looks all weird!!!,,,live and learn i guess...alright, don't forget to hop on over there and play along!!!

it's an anniversary,,,,

today me and husband will be married three years!!!,,,,man how time flies!!!,,,right now, he's sitting right next to me bugging me to say how cool he is,,,ha!!,,,he's a silly boy!,,,but he's a cool silly boy,,,;-),,,,he likes to pretend he has an iron fist but i pretty much think thats a hollow iron fist,,,,he always caves in and buys me lots of presents!!!,,,he's pretty much rad!!!,,,happy anniversary husband!,,see you later tonight for some dinner!!!

happy monday!!,,,hope everyone had an awesome weekend!!,,mine was filled with an L.A. shopping trip, disneyland, a baptism and softball practice!!,,it was jammed packed!,,but it was one of my most favorite weekends!! today im sharing a layout i made with the *thrift shop junkie* kit and the *stay beautiful* add-on kit!!!,,,titled *cuties* obviously,,,these two little munchkins are my nieces, now that i look at the picture, they are probably gonna hate me for using this picture, it was just so hard to get a picture cuz they fidget so much,,,oh well!!,,,hope everyone has a good monday!!!

fun facts about myself,,,

on our pink ninja blog, when we have a ninja star, we always ask them this set of questions. i thought it would be fun to answer the questions myself,,,,maybe you can get to know me a little better,

*Whats your favorite word? O-M-G!!!,,,i use it all the time

*If they were to make a movie about you, who would play you? hmmm,,,this is a toughie, i really like zoey deschanel or i like kristen ritter, they are both quirky actresses and i love their style, not that they are anything like me, but i love them

*britney spears or gwen stefani? gwen stefani, i think everyone that knows me, knows im obsessed with her, the girl is beautiful, nice and super smart!!,,she's so feminine and classy! and i love all of her music!!

*favorite drink? jack & diet dr.pepper (my bestie turned me on to this)

*have you ever shoplifted? once, i had gone to the convenience store with my mom, i saw some stamps i wanted and asked her to buy them for me, she didn't, and i apparently had to have them because i stuck them under my sweatshirt and walked out with them. I was 9 years old.

*what's your sign? sagittarius

*have any cool scars? oh boy, i have a lot of scars, i rode dirt bikes for many years. I would have to say my most gnarly one was when i was taking my bike for a warm up run. I was coming back and i hit something hard, stopped my bike and sent me flying over it, hit my head, and my body skidded a good amount of feet forward. i was wearing no protective gear..a big no,no. I suffered a concusion and i now have a cool circle scar on my shoulder!!

*when you were a child, what did you wanna be when you grew up? I wanted to be the first female president since i was in 2nd grade. I would write this in every single one of my papers. I am now a dental assistant,,go figure,,

*what's your fashion style? this is a toughie for me, i don't know that i really have a style, i guess it's what my mood is. I mostly wear jeans, t-shirts and sandals or vans. but sometimes i like to dress up and wear heels,,,just depends

*who inspires you? i don't have a specific person that inspires me, i think people in general inspire me, everyone is so different and i admire certain qualities of each person. they allow me to see things that maybe i never took notice of, or never appreciated. I think we are all inspiring people in our own way.

*whats your favorite type of music? my all time favorite is punk, but as i've grown i also enjoy indie musice and pop music,,,and maybe even a tiny,tiny,tiny bit a hip hop,,this is cuz my husband is a hip hop dj,,,but my heart always belongs to punk,,,its my feel good music!!

*were you a trouble maker as a youngster? this would be a negative, i was a super goody, goody. perfect child, perfect student always followed the rules (except for the time i stole something,,,which i still feel guilty about) ,,,

*tell me something random about yourself? I hate, and when i mean hate, i mean, I hate to do the dishes!!!,,i don't know what it is, but i just can't stand it!!!,,,i seriously cannot tell you when was the last time i washed a dish,,,i don't even think i did it as a kid, my husband does the dishes in our home and i am soooo thankful for that!!

just wanted to share some things that i have been obsessed with and some that are more of a recent obsession,,,and a little tidbit about me,,,aqua, is my favorite color, pink is my second favorite,,


ever since i was a kid, i dreamed about owning one of these!!..i would say that when i grew up that this was the car i would get, and um yeah, not in my possesion yet. it's still on my list, but it has to be the old one, not one of the newer ones!!
the ford falcon, ahhhh, how i imagine driving down to the beach on a sunny day with some friends,,,
and this is a dreamy site,,,i have been wanting one of these babies for a while now,,,with a basket at the handle bars,,, i keep hinting at the husband, so maybe one of these days it'll show up at my doorstep ;-)

If you haven't heard the latest news yet, well let me tell you!!!,,we, at pink ninja addicts have revealed our newest kit!!!...it's awesomely titled *thrift shop junkie*...loves it!!...i so far have made seven layouts with it!,,which i will be sharing soon, just need some good lighting!! I'm so in love with this kit, it seriously is awesome...and i'm not just saying that!!
